Law on the Protection of public money
On behalf of the President of the People's Republic decided to read the following law, and promulgated it:

Article 1
The inviolability of public funds. . And protection and support of the duty of every citizen. . The protection of public funds in times of war and duty of national defense.

Article 2
Public funds are intended to apply the provisions of this Act, is owned or subject to management or supervision of one of the following: (a) State and local government units. (B) public bodies and public institutions and economic units of the two. (C) the Socialist Union and its institutions. (D) trade unions and federations. (E) institutions and private associations of public benefit. (F) cooperative associations. (G) any other provision of law on the grounds of their money from public funds.

Article 3
Public funds are intended to apply the provisions of this Act, is owned or subject to management or supervision of one of the following: (a) State and local government units. (B) public bodies and public institutions and economic units of the two. (C) the Socialist Union and its institutions. (D) trade unions and federations. (E) institutions and private associations of public benefit. (F) cooperative associations. (G) any other provision of law on the grounds of their money from public funds.

Article 4
Punishable by imprisonment of deliberately disrupted in any way and means of production or means used in the service of public utilities. If the crime occurred in order to damage or production or other public facility to a prison sentence.

Article 5

Article 6
Punishable by imprisonment for a term of not more than a year and a fine not exceeding one hundred pounds or one of these two penalties, each one used in the Covenant by virtue of his job as a means of public money or the resources or the coin, not the purposes that have been allocated under the general plan for economic and social development of the State and in a manner resulting damage to the objectives of this plan.

Article 7

Article 8

Article 9
.The penalty for the crimes set out in articles 112 and 113 first paragraph, 116 and 116 bis of the Penal Code, hard labor for life, if committed in time of war and the consequent damage to the country's economic status, or national interest to them.

Article 10
Is without prejudice to the provisions of this law in any greater penalty stipulated in the Penal Code or any other law. The Public Prosecutor's Office may refer the crimes set forth in this law to the courts of the state security authorities.

Article 11
